Pricing
Simple plans. The guarantees are the point.
No free tier, by design. Every account is a paying account; the only non-committed surface is the usage-capped, payment-method-gated sandbox.
Pay as you go
Per token
For teams that want the guarantees without a commitment. Credits are non-transferable and non-cashable.
- Zero data retention on every routed request
- Named-region residency at no extra tier
- All models in the catalog, one API
- Per-key budgets and rate limits
- 24-hour refund window on unused credits
- Credits expire after 12 months
Committed region
Get startedMonthly minimums
For organizations that need a named region provisioned to their contract. A minimum spend commitment covers the fixed costs of the region; you get priority capacity and a priority SLA in return.
- Named-region processing guarantee, contractually committed
- Priority capacity reserved for your model set
- Priority SLA with monthly service credits
- Model pinning with published lifecycle windows
- Substitution to an equivalent data-policy tier on upstream withdrawal
- Designated regional support
- True-up at term end; no prepaid-credit hostage
- Custom regions evaluated under a feasibility review before any commitment
Enterprise
Custom contract
For regulated buyers who need the full compliance artifact set: tailored DPAs, security attestations, and an auditor roadmap.
- Tailored DPA and contract structure
- SOC 2 / ISO posture and attestation evidence
- Custom SLA targets measured per your definition
- Sub-processor transparency with 30-day notice
- Dedicated onboarding and compliance engineering
- Auditor roadmap and evidence deliverables
The sandbox
The only non-committed surface. Usage-capped and payment-method-gated so it can be rebuilt, but never farmed as transferable value.
- Validated payment method required before allocation
- Card fingerprint persisted to reject reuse across sandbox passes
- Usage capped; rebuildable on demand
- First request template with your key pre-placed
Retention-required sectors
Some US sectors must keep records — SEC/FINRA broker-dealer rules and legal holds require retention, so blanket ZDR would conflict with the law. For those, the honest pitch is configurable retention: an opt-in, disclosed election recorded per organization, never a silent downgrade.
- Configurable retention as a disclosed election, recorded per tenant
- Region pinning and DPA apply exactly as in ZDR mode
- No retention mode is ever switched without notice
Pricing is quoted per contract at launch. Premium is justified by the guarantees, not by markup games.
